He cannot enter his mother\u2019s womb again. So how can a person be born a second time?\u201d <\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<sup class=\"versenum\">5<\/sup> But Jesus answered, \u201cI tell you the truth, unless you are born from water and the Spirit, you cannot enter God\u2019s kingdom. <sup class=\"versenum\">6<\/sup> Human life comes from human parents, but spiritual life comes from the Spirit.\u00a0<sup class=\"versenum\">7<\/sup> Don\u2019t be surprised when I tell you, \u2018You must all be born again.\u2019 <sup class=\"versenum\">8<\/sup> The wind blows where it wants to and you hear the sound of it, but you don\u2019t know where the wind comes from or where it is going.
